Appointment Policies
We value the time we have set aside to see and treat your child. We do not double book well child appointments. We also understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
Visits are by appointment only. Patients who walk in without a scheduled appointment will be offered the next available slot.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from arriving early or on time. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but we must also consider other patients and their appointments. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your scheduled appointment, we will need to reschedule.
Arriving ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time is beneficial to all. This allows us to efficiently check you in, confirm demographic information, verify insurance, and collect co-pays and balances, ensuring a smooth and timely appointment process.
We strive to minimize any wait time; however, emergencies do occur and will take priority over a scheduled visit. We appreciate your understanding.
Before making an annual physical appointment, check with your insurance company as to whether the visit will be covered as a healthy (well-child) visit.
Frequent late arrivals or missed appointments may result in dismissal from the practice.
