Communications Department

The Children’s Medical Group Communications and Referrals Department works closely with the parents of our young patients to help speed up and streamline those necessary tasks, such as scheduling appointments, receiving and processing pre-authorization requests for those that require them, as well as making appointment-reminder and confirmation calls – all in a timely manner with extreme efficiency.This dedicated team fields hundreds, and often thousands, of calls per day, on a wide range of services, all while facilitating the schedules of our patients, our physicians, our nurses and staff. They are awesome!
