Who is your greatest inspiration?
My mom - she taught me what hard work is and taught me to be independent and always shoot for the stars.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
Cooking, tennis, gardening, trying new cafes' restaurants, hosting friends/family for dinner parties.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I love working with kids. Watching them grow and providing guidance to them during their most vulnerable and formative years is so fulfilling. Also, forming strong bonds with families while doing this is such an enriching experience.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I did my medical school and initial work in India. Having experienced the work in 2 different regions has exposed me to a vast variety of people throughout my career thus far and also given me the chance to hone my skills in different levels of care with both limited and abundant resources.
