Danielle Raymond

Associate Patient Service Manager

Danielle Raymond began working at The Children’s Medical Group in our Communications Department. Since previously she had worked in an environment with children, she came to us with the knowledge of what it takes to provide them with quality care – and she shares her customer-service skills, advice and training with our Medical Receptionists.

Danielle has become an expert on The Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), an innovative program of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), centered on improving primary care. The Patient Centered Medical Home is a health care setting that facilitates partnerships between individual patients, their personal physicians, and when appropriate, the patients’ family. She graduated from Rhinebeck High School and holds a Certification from Stratford Career Institute as a Medical Transcriptionist. Danielle is part of the ECCSI (Enhanced Coordinated Children’s Services Initiative) Committee though Astor Services for Children. ECCSI is a collaborative process among families, community agencies and other concerned parties that seeks to strengthen the families of children, ages 0-18, at risk of placement outside the home. Danielle also assists with public relations and any charity events that involve The Children’s Medical Group.

Danielle lives in Highland with her husband Nick, their dog Santino, and cat Samoa. She enjoys the many outdoor activities the Hudson Valley offers, including fishing and camping, as well as travels outside of the US. At home, you’ll find her crocheting, cooking delicious meals and finding great “steals & deals” offered by local merchants.
