The schedule below outlines routine well visits for most children. Some children may need additional screenings, vaccines, and/or lab tests based on their health and other risk factors. Certain states may require extra screening questionnaires as well. Seasonal vaccines/immunizations for the flu, RSV, and COVID may also be recommended, depending on the timing of your child’s visits.
Meet our care team, learn about our practice, review mother’s health history, and prepare for baby’s arrival.
Review hospital course, growth, and overall health.
Labs: Heel prick test for jaundice (bilirubin) if needed. Newborn metabolic screening test if not done in the hospital.
Vaccines: Hepatitis B vaccine, RSV protection, if not given in the hospital.
