Dr. Sejal N. Dalwadi joined The Children’s Medical Group in July 2004. Born and raised in Connecticut, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of Connecticut, where she earned her M.D. She completed her residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Dr. Dalwadi is Board Certified in Pediatrics, is certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Neonatal Advanced Life Support, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Dalwadi lives with her husband and daughter in Dutchess County, where she is active in the community, giving presentations to promote the importance of healthy eating habits to children. She notes, “Being a pediatrician is extremely rewarding as it allows me to form a personal bond with a diverse group of patients. I love being able to help others, and knowing that what I do has a positive impact on so many lives. I especially enjoy seeing children grow and develop into confident, healthy adults.”
