Medical Records Department

Although the smallest department of The Children’s Medical Group, the Medical Records Department plays the most integral part in keeping everything in order. From handling Incoming Medical Records to completing Forms in a timely manner, this group of dedicated staff makes sure that the families of The Children’s Medical Group receive everything they need in the shortest amount of time. Even if your child’s well visit is not up to date, we will make sure that a well visit is scheduled for your child, to ensure the forms you need will be completed. The staff of Medical Records ensures that all patient information is kept confidential and all rules and regulations are followed.

Our mission is to take care of kids and ease the mind of parents/guardians; and we take that VERY seriously!!!
