John Sieverding, M.D.
When kids hit adolescence, everything changes. No longer children, and not yet adults, they need a specialized type of care. Nobody knows this better than Dr. John Sieverding, who draws on his deep understanding of the relationships between pets and humans to create an accepting, nonjudgmental environment where his young patients can open up and talk.
Dr. Sieverding received his degree from UMDNJ in 1990 and completed his pediatric residency training at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona. He has practiced pediatric medicine since 1993 and joined The Children’s Medical Group in 2004. Dr. Sieverding is a member of SAM (Society of Adolescent Medicine), and a fellow member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is board certified in General Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine. He resides in Staatsburg with his wife and two shorthaired pointers.
