Amelia (Amy) Salce, C.P.N.P
Another wonderful provider joined us at The Children’s Medical group in 2016. Meet Amy Salce, CPNP. Amy attended renowned schools for her medical education: undergrad at Vanderbilt University and nursing school at Columbia University. She focuses on a range of pediatric areas, which include adolescent female health, sports medicine, dermatology and GI conditions.
Amy believes that when kids stay physically active in whatever interests them, ailments and diseases are often prevented. She, her sister and brother, grew up in Fairfield, CT and Naples, FL, and therefore being around water was a powerful influence on her. She has been a competitive swimmer her entire life (Amy was a four-year member of the Vanderbilt University Women’s Swim Team), and also enjoys paddle boarding and boating in general.
Amy encourages kids to become involved in sports, or other physical activities. She loves to exercise, is now a NY sports fan (Yankees and Rangers), and also enjoys traveling, checking out new restaurants (especially for Italian & thin-crust pizza!), and baking. She loves animals, has a Bengal kitten and hopes to soon get a puppy (a King Charles Cavalier, to be exact). Visit Amy at our Fishkill office.
